Players who withdraw any time between signing up and September 30th, 2019 will receive a 100% refund.

Players who withdraw any time between October 1st and October 22nd will receive a 50% refund.

Players who withdraw any time between October 23rd and the start of the tournament are NOT eligible for a refund.
